Del Lago is a small community of less than 300 homes. Built in the 1980’s, it has all the amenities of the large Country Club communities. It offers a rare opportunity for an affordable golf course home, with world class neighborhood facilities, featuring homes from $175,000 to $1,000,000.
Another benefit of the resort is low property taxes and HOA fees. It is one of the few communities that has no MUD Tax, but still utilizes a central Water and Sewer plant.
